Red Nose Studio created these illustrations for Alta Journal’s Rosebud Awards, the regional culture magazine’s annual review of the best in Californian (and other Western States) art, entertainment and events. The gentleman in the portrait is William Randolph Hearst, the publisher’s grandfather, shown with a memento of Rosebud the sleigh from the infamous ‘Citizen Kane’.
